Enter a keyword and get brandable name ideas, then grab the domain before someone else does.
A generator is a great way to spark ideas, but a good business name has to do a few jobs at once: be easy to say and spell, be memorable, hint at what you do or at least not mislead, and still feel right as the business grows. Short, distinctive names travel best; overly literal or trendy ones can date quickly or box you in. Use the tool above to brainstorm, then filter the shortlist against the checks below.
Check availability before you fall in love. The two make-or-break checks are whether a matching domain is available (a .com is still worth having) and whether the name is free to trademark and not already used by a competitor in your field. A brilliant name is worthless if the domain is taken and the owner wants a fortune, or if it infringes an existing mark, so check these early.
Test it in the real world. Say the name down the phone, imagine it as a logo, and check it does not mean something unfortunate in another language if you might trade abroad. Ask a few people to spell it after hearing it once. The names that survive all of that are the ones worth registering.
